Heart Mtn Graphics

My sister recently told me how to make mini-albums out of "smashed" TP rolls.  At first I thought it sounded crazy, but then I looked on youtube and found several others.  I was immediately hooked!  Our son's fiance has a little brother with Down's Syndrome.  Since we live several states away, I made a mini-album for E as a Christmas gift.  The front cover says New Family.  The next tube/page has a photo on it of my husband and the tab that pulls out of it has his name on it.  The back side says that this is "A's dad."  The following tubes/pages have a different member of our family pictured, named, and described.  The game is for E to look at the pictures and be able to learn our faces and names so that when we see them again for the wedding, he will be more likely to recognize his "new family."  Tonight I talked to E's mom...my son's future mom-in-love...and she totally loved it!  Now I can't wait to get started on another one!  Thanks, TJ.

The Scrap Tree is a brand new scrapbooking and stamping store in Laramie! Manuela "Mannie" and her husband have remodeled the store and it's fabulous!  You can look at shelves and shelves of beautiful paper or rows and rows of embellishments.  There are very classy scrapbooks and plenty of layouts on display to get your imagination going.  I can't wait to go back and spend some time upstairs in the workshop.  Stop in on your next trip to Laramie and let Mannie know that you heard about her from Heart Mtn Graphics....it's gonna be my favorite spot in Laramie!
