The Fall Harvest Craft Festival in Walden was a great day! HMG sold a few things and got a few orders. I was going to tell about "the best part of the day" but there were several bests! First best was that this was my daughter's first craft show for her homemade candle business. We spent the whole day together in our side by side booths helping each other and people watching. Second best was cinnamin rolls. Third best was when a gentleman bought the Snowflake Explosion Box and said, "You really should be charging about double for this stuff." What a compliment! Fourth best was how proud I was of the "green projects" I had there. I recycled the fronts of some dresser drawers and made gorgeous holiday signs. I used a few orphaned envelopes I had left in a box and made a cute mini scrapbook. And fifth best was the great feedback to my new business.....people were glad to hear I'm here.
